ABOUT ME
My name is Marco Borghini, Italian and living in London for over 20 years. I am a qualified Mindfulness Meditation teacher with SMART Foundations Institute of Mindful Well-Being Teacher Training.
I have been a long term Meditator, and also a Buddhist practicing Zen Buddhism ( Soto Zen style ). I have been practising Qi Gong for many years. In my every day life i also work as an Acupuncturist. My intention in teaching and spreading out to the world, the massive benefits of Mindfulness Meditation and Self Compassion, is that there is a of freedom and awareness out there available for everyone, in every moment of our lives , realising we can make conscious choices in each moment by being totally present with whatever happen in the here and now.
Everything is possible as it has been for me, even though not always an easy ride. I use to suffer really badly of anxiety, panic attacks, obsessive compulsive disorders, which they used to completely put me off balance and disconnected with reality. As a result I used to live in constantly in my head, in adrenaline mode, fear, worries and being very hard, criticising myself all the time for not being good enough.
Back in 2010 i took up as a participant The Mindfulness Meditation Course for stress and anxiety reduction and management in Brighton.
Mindfulness Meditation has helped me to support myself and allowed my awareness and self compassion to grow in order to understand and manage anxiety, stress, fears obsessive toughs.
So give yourself the permission to slowly and kindly build up the habit to meditate every day, to grown the habit of being mindfully present every day, and seeing things with the eyes of self compassion and so strengthening resilience within yourself and your life.
