Marco’s 7 weeks mindfulness meditation practice to overcome anxiety:

I was initially overwhelmed about the idea of committing to a 7-weeks online course. I was arriving from an overloaded period of my life, where I faced difficulty in choosing between what I could or could not take on board. 

As a somatic practitioner working with my body through movement, the idea of sitting in stillness was something that trigger a deep, internal resistance. 

Trusting Marco’s skills, experience and peaceful way of being, I felt it could be a way to learn a new valuable tool: which turned out to be true! 

Tapping in on multiple techniques, filled with creativity and inspiration insights, this inner journey has allowed me to touch on many layers of compassion. I have learnt that there is another way to seeking presence, clarity and realignment which is interdependent of re-organising the body: how to re-organise my mind . 

Though I was not at first aware of how much stress and anxiety I was holding on to in my daily life, time expanded over the course of the 7 weeks, and I discovered a new inner peace. I was able to set cleared boundaries with the people and tasks triggering anxiety, to protect the precious place of my heart.

Marco has offered a wonderful setting to make me feel at home with myself: this journey would definitely be a top rating if it was  Airbnb!

I have been participating to Marco's drop in Mindfulness Meditation classes during the lock down. I cannot tell you what a great help and support  by learning to cultivate Mindfulness and Meditation during those hard time Marco gave me. He has such a unique compassionate supportive calm presence and a wisdom that i felt totally at easy and supported even when it wasn't easy.
